• Coordinate efforts to define and capture functional requirements for both operational and strategic projects
• Orchestrate efforts of internal and external resources to assess, inventory, profile, govern, cleans, track and improve data quality in support of operational excellence, strategic programs, and key analytic initiatives
• Track, monitor and report progress on operational and strategic program deliverables and measure achievement of targeted outcomes
• Create and coordinate delivery of data governance and quality projects and continuous improvement roadmaps
• Oversee and manage third-party partner performance and service delivery with adherence to contractual terms

Assess
• Initiate and/or support data governance and quality projects with various functions, brands, regions, and affiliates with varying levels of complexity in partnership with Business Advisory and Solutions team
• Establish, maintain, and manage data quality project plans and statuses in a timely and accurate manner
• Lead assessments of domains, define resolution and action plans to resolve gaps and opportunities, set/align priorities and execute roadmaps
• Gather and evaluate business requirements and translate business rules into data quality validation checks for development and deployment
Inventory
• Create and maintain enterprise data catalog and business glossaries/dictionaries
• Create and implement data quality, access, and compliance programs
Profile
• Establish and deliver data profiling projects
• Reverse engineer data governance recommendations and refinements through data profiling and cleansing discoveries and findings
• Complete root cause analysis on data failures and provide remediation recommendations
• Assess data vulnerabilities and identify targets for data quality improvement
• Conduct exception analysis: Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems, leading data quality working groups
• Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy and deploying Data Profiling using applications or querying datasets for assessing initial data quality

Cleanse
• including education for EDM team members, data owners and stakeholders
• Uphold global processes and standards consistently across all delivery methods and centers
• Ensure training programs for all Customer Data Management team members are in place and develop training materials
Track
• Define and gain alignment with data owners and stakeholders on data governance. quality, access, and compliance KPIs and SLAs
• Create test scripts and conduct UAT and validation of data quality controls
• Oversee business validation of data quality rules and controls
• Create and maintain data quality, access and compliance dashboards and other monitoring tools
Improve
• Centralize and standardize master data practices while maintaining necessary flexibility for Regions/Affiliates
• Develop process improvements to enhance overall data governance and quality
• Provide quantitative support to any ongoing data quality improvement projects
Train & Communicate
• Communicate performance to KPIs to EDM internal and external data owners and stakeholders
• Create and implement a Data Literacy program to deliver ongoing training of governance processes and standards
• Coordinate and deliver training and presentations to support governance and data quality efforts
Qualifications
• Knowledge of master data management and governance concepts and process improvement disciplines
• Understanding of business processes and compliance requirements
• Prior experience with data quality measurement and monitoring, including definition of business rules, technical data quality rules, metrics and exceptions management and understanding of Data Governance best practices.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 - $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
