As a Cybersecurity Client Partner at Wipro, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our cybersecurity clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and providing strategic guidance to enhance their security posture. This position requires effective client engagement management, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within our cybersecurity consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the cybersecurity field.Gain a deep understanding of clients' cybersecurity challenges, requirements, and objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance and tailored recommendations to address clients' specific cybersecurity needs.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with clients' cybersecurity requirements.Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand our client base.Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
Project Management: Lead and oversee cybersecurity consulting engagements from initiation to successful completion.Collaborate closely with clients to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate with internal teams, including cybersecurity consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality projects.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.Provide regular project updates to clients, manage their expectations, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
Industry and Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging cybersecurity threats.Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and potential opportunities.Share valuable insights and industry knowledge with clients, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their cybersecurity strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster effective collaboration and teamwork with internal teams, including global practices, Alliance, consulting and technical teams, to achieve our business objectives.Cultivate a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (8+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within a cybersecurity consulting firm.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong business acumen.Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards (e.g., NDMO, NCA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and solutions.Fluent in English and Arabic (Preferred) language.
