Manage team to drive adoption and retention in CLEAR, Regulatory Intelligence and ODENDevelop the team to demonstrate competency across the Risk segment products and servicesActively drive good working relationships with sales and sales management, customer support, product management, proposition and finance team membersCoach team on identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesMeet or exceed designated goals to achieve retention and upsell targetsPartner with Customer Success Leadership to build and implement a set of common processes associated with account related activities with a true focus on customer success including Gainsight adoption, monitoring health of account, driving usage, building training and on-boarding plans and working with C2C partners to improve the customer experienceEnsure customers are leveraging products and services, and achieving success against their Customer Success PlansEstablish solid, long-term customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concernsPrioritize and drive resolution on key customer escalation issuesAbility to engage across Thomson Reuters corporate functions (Customer Support, Commercial Excellence, AR/Collections, Proposition, Product Management, C2C)Leverage Salesforce.com, Gainsight and other required documents/spreadsheets to keep all client information updated, manage team pipeline and forecast accurately

Delivery of target financial and customer experience objectives for the Risk segment (e.g. client renewal rate; growth through cross-sell/up-sell, customer success ratios (Net promoter score)Active talent and succession pipeline (e.g. employee satisfaction); annual improvements in organizational effectiveness (client-centricity, customer approach, rapid decision making)Reporting on market and competitor activitiesPresentations across internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.Ensure key metrics are tracked such as active users, usage metrics and overall retention rates.

This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
