Job Summary
Grande Cheese is searching for a hands-on and experienced Manager, Customer Service to lead our customer service department. This role oversees and ensures the provision of quality customer service and support to a diverse customer base by the assessment of customers' needs and satisfaction of customers' expectations. You will be challenged by acting as a change agent to help define, promote, and exhibit best-in-class Customer Service practices. You will provide continuing interaction and response to customer needs, requirements, issues, and problems both internally and externally. What you need to be considered for the role:
4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Management, or related field required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing Customer Service.
Minimum 5 years managing a Customer Service team (minimum of 3 direct reports) for domestic and international food/beverage manufacturing.
Preferred:
Certifications in Customer Service Management and Customer Care preferred.
Strong understanding of EDI transactions including successful setup and maintenance of customers
Adept at using multiple systems and tools to support Customer engagement, including ERP, eCommerce, MSOffice suite & CRM.
Solid understanding of Customer Satisfaction metrics (NPS)
Strong understand of continuous improvement practices, leveraging systems and processes to improve Customer experience, and internal efficiencies.
