  Description

  Over the past 20 years, Amazon has reinvented on behalf of customers and has become the largest internet retailer and marketplace in the world with over $74 billion in revenue globally. Through our entrepreneurial culture, Amazon has developed new technologies and products (like Echo) and, enterprise services (like Amazon Web Services). Amazon is now reinventing on behalf of the business customer and focused on building the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) business in the world, and we are recruiting to make this vision a reality.

  B2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.

  Key job responsibilities

  Are you excited by the challenge and sense of ownership that comes from leading programs and projects at Amazon scale? Do you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, solving complex operations, business, marketing and technical problems by delivering innovative solutions? If so, then you are at the right place.

  • Forming and managing cross-functional program teams. Planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

  • Work closely with senior executives at partner agencies to successfully drive partnership to achieve results.

  • Develop and manage processes with both internal and external stakeholders to help make the program a more meaningful part of Amazon Business

  • Track, monitor and improve performance of the partner to measure and manage their output efficiency.

  • Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.

  • Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders

  • Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers

  • Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.

  • Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bengaluru, KA, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  Experience managing teams

  Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports

  Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
