Eaton's Bussman Division is currently seeking a Manager, Customer Experience Center. This position will be located at our Division HQ location in Ellisville, MO.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $101250.0 - $148500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The Manager of our Experience Center in Ellisville will create and coordinate a best-in-class customer training and visit to the Eaton Bussmann Experience Center and division office. They will assist and coordinate with the Codes & Standards and Technical Marketing on the creation and deployment of the Experience Center strategy. This person will interact with various teams of the Bussmann Division as well as other Eaton businesses on hosting customer events at the Experience Center. It will be a goal of this person to provide a world class experience of customer visits from when they arrive to the area until they depart to return home. In addition this role will manage the business of quoting and support for our testing and engineering services.
Creates and coordinates schedule of customer visits with necessary team members Manages the schedule, communications, and logistics of campus training seminars for external and internal attendees/presenters/etc.Manage and coordinate scheduling of customer contract testing with the Gubany Center and PCDWork with Technical Marketing, Product Management, and other Eaton product lines/businesses to maintain latest and relevant applications and products for the Experience CenterProvide FAEs and NAS with contacts from customer seminars and visits for sales generation and follow up to close business sales opportunitiesNetwork with other Power Systems Experience Center (PSEC) Managers for knowledge on other applicationsStay current on Audio/Video technologies to ensure latest and greatest equipment is being utilized to assist in world class experienceCommunicate with universities for potential student visits to create efforts of communication with the next generation of overcurrent protection and electrical system designers and engineersManage quoting and support for our engineering services such as test lab contract testing or engineering analysis.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years in customer service, product management, marketing, sales or a combinationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the work location.
