JOB SUMMARY
TheCustomer Communications Manageractively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer and operational experience. Provide direction, planning and implementation of marketing, product and programming programs, along with related communications strategies to support customer growth, customer retention and revenue objectives. Responsible for planning and execution of programs.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage/support Programming and Product launch strategy and related communications.
Manage end to end Programming data and workflow for accurate management of channel lineups
Manage in-house Programming CMS
Manage communications processes, including Federal and Local requirements (Annual, Bi-Annual and periodic notices, including channel lineups)
Manage Merger and Acquisition related activity
Provide process support for Code Red (contract end date impact management)
Support pricing and package strategy change execution
Support requests for customer communications and develop plans
Support execution of communications tactics and vehicles
Provide internal communications of projects to support needs at all levels of the organization.
Manage vendor relationships
Approve projects, PO’s and invoices as appropriate.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to supervise and motivate others
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet)
Ability to create plans, timelines, expense forecasts & process flowcharts
Related Work Experience
Marketing experience – 5 years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of cable television products and services
Related Work Experience
CATV experience – 1 yearManagement or leadership experience - 2+ years
