As a Customer and Shopper Marketing Manager (CSMM) supporting Vision Care, you will be trusted for the achievement of specific marketing and strategic account sales objectives within key accounts. The CSMM represents the entire Vision Care Portfolio with a focus on contact lenses. This role will be responsible for all strategic marketing responsibilities, customer engagement, and annual customer joint business planning within the assigned accounts.
In this role a typical day will include:Collaborating with the key account sales managers and other cross-functional partners to drive alignment and bring effective solutionsCo-developing and executing joint business plans with key customersIncorporating brand initiatives into customized customer executionsCo-leading customer visits for C-suite presentations of business updates, category/brand/industry insights & development, and analysisPartnering to effectively implement the Customer Engagement ProcessPartnering with C-Suit level customers to develop and implement marketing strategies / plans including, but not limited to CRM, earned, owned and paid mediaIdentifying market and customer opportunities, translating opportunities into high-impact marketing strategies driving share and dollar volumePost program analysis across marketing and sales to identify impact, ROI and areas of opportunityUnderstanding and define target customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior within a channel (e.g. retail, club, e-commerce...etc.)Ensuring effective budget spendWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:Proven experience with strategic accounts in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, OTC, CPG, or Medical Device industries is preferredHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Benefit from working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and teamsBe part of a team dedicated to providing world-class, innovative products and solutions to improve sight, and enhance lives, while growing your careerAdvance as a strong marketer, leading strategy and program execution that reinforces maximizing Alcon valueAn undeniable passion to want to learn and accelerate as an innovative strategic marketerWe provide a robust benefits package including health, life, retirement, flexible time off, and much more!This position does not offer relocation or sponsorship at this time.
