Position Summary
CVS Health is embarking on a journey to evolve ExtraCare, its world-class personalization and loyalty program. It is a high visibility initiative within our Merchandising department and receives significant investment. The focus of this role is to develop and optimize CVS' personalization strategy within the Beauty and Personal Care Business Units (Hair Care, Cosmetics, Shaving Needs, Oral Hygiene, etc.). We are looking for top talent, to join our existing team in supporting this exciting initiative.
As the Manager of Customer and Category Growth, you will assist in the management of sales driving marketing efforts to support Category and Vendor strategies, by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders. This includes initiative owners for marketing tactics, analytics, and ExtraCare innovation.
Responsibilities include assisting in the development of marketing campaigns, the development of collateral, ad hoc analysis, and recurring responsibilities such as analyzing campaign results / financial reporting and managing key partner relationships.
As a team, we are always keeping the customer and business top of mind, while developing insights to identify growth opportunities. This position plays an integral role on the team, helping create the business case and find insights to support initiatives within the Beauty and Personal Care Business Units.
The Manager of Customer and Category Growth will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer and Category Growth Strategy, with consistent exposure and engagement with Senior Leadership.
Required Qualifications3+ years' experience in either a Data-driven Marketing, Strategy, Operations, or Finance role3+ years' experience in data analyses and strong analytical skills, including the ability to proactively identify critical informational needs.3+ years' experience working directly with customers, vendors or suppliers with a track record of delivering results.3+ years' experience in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint3+ years' experience managing or planning a budget greater than $5,000,000Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities within a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the use of Pivot Tables, Calculations and data analysis.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Technical Degree or Related Fields or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
