This role is an individual contributor role on our Stock Plan Services (SPS) team. We provide equity compensation record-keeping and brokerage services to both employers and their participants.
The SPS Conversion Team is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the implementation project to bring new corporate clients onto Schwab’s system. The implementation process involves many components that depend on the level of service selected by the new client. In addition to the implementation process, the Conversion team also supports several other projects such as the merger, acquisition and corporate action activity of existing clients, sales support, contract negotiations and client invoicing.
The Conversion Manager is responsible for implementing new corporate clients onto the Schwab SPS recordkeeping system as well as managing corporate actions. This role requires project management skills to ensure both internal and external clients are meeting the required deadlines. Additionally, the role is client facing requiring the Conversion Manager to communicate with corporate clients on a regular basis to ensure client satisfaction. The Conversion Manager role is responsible for a variety of tasks to drive SPS projects to completion. These tasks may include, but are not limited to migration and implementation of data onto the Schwab EquiView® system, plan setup and configuration, setup and configuration of the financial reporting system, coordinating and reconciling bulk asset transfers, contract management, invoicing corporate clients and assisting with RFP’s and proposals. Additionally, this position will help to:
Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.• Organize projects and resources to meet client service goals.• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and productivity.• Work in a team environment with other members of the Conversion Team, Client Service Managers, Operations, Relationship Managers and Education Consultants.What you have
6 + years of brokerage industry experience including 4 years in project management, equity compensation operations, administration or client service experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Products and applications required to perform daily implementation functions
Strong analytical skills to trouble shoot issues and reconcile large sets of data
Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to prioritize workflow
Strong presentation skills in order to assist with prospect sales meetings and site visits
Experience with data reconciliation and financial calculations
5 + years of customer service experience including the ability to manage client expectations and provide superior follow-up
BA/BS degree or commiserate experience

CO Salary Range: USD $65,300 - $100,000 / Year
