Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the Corporation's CH-53K Heavy Lift Helicopter Production contracts team. The selected candidate will provide strategic contracting advice to the business and lead a team of Contract Administrators in the administration of CH-53K Helicopter Production contracts and the negotiation of related new business for future Full Rate Production procurement. Responsibilities will include reviewing contract modifications, data and other documentation, preparing contractual correspondence, refining and delivering contractual documents, and maintaining project files in Lockheed’s SharePoint library.
The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers, and acting as the company’s primary contact with US Navy Procurement Contracting Officers, contract specialists and the DCMA administrative contracting officer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with all phases of Department Of Defense contracts management and negotiations
- Extensive FAR/DFARS experience
- Strong negotiation experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and/or combination of education and experience
- Multiple years of professional experience; related Masters degree preferred
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated record of leadership
- Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ)
- Experience with major weapon system production and delivery
- Openness to learning new skills and able to be resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
- Should be detail and teamwork oriented
- Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for multi-million dollar complex contracts
- Intellectual property knowledge
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
