We are looking for a Manager, Contracts who will be responsible for a full range of contract management and administration actions within the Intelligent Sensing product area. This product line falls under the EOIR Solutions Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This hybrid role is tailored for a highly motivated, well-organized Contracts professional who embraces, thrives, and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.Responsibilities to anticipate:
Provide sound contract administration to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies.Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships.Partner with Key Program Functions in the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts implementation, as well as general contract administration.Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope.Work closely within cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals, examine, and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, engineering services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.Qualifications You Must Have:
Experience with USG Domestic contracts.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.Minimum 8 years or equivalent of experience in contracts management or similar fields.Demonstrated experience in contract administration with an understanding of proposal cost structure, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions.Demonstrated business acumen with ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions.Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and related government regulations.Professional presence complemented by outstanding written and verbal communication skills and influencing skills.Flexible and capable of multi-tasking while delivering timely, high-quality products.Ability to prioritize based on shifting business priorities in a fluid environment.Focus on responsiveness with strong time management and organizational skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe.Ability to travel domestically to customer and RTX sites - 10%.Qualifications We Value:
Juris Doctor or MBA is a plus.Secret or Top-Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements, Intellectual Property, licenses agreements, or teaming agreements.Familiarity with Classified ProgramsExperience developing and maintaining high performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.Proficiency and experience working sole source and competitive acquisitions.What We Offer:
