NATURE AND SCOPE Reporting to the SVP, ConsumerLoan Services the Manager, Quality Control is responsible for developingand implementing a process which delivers results on the quality ofconsumer loan originations. This position will review establishedprocesses, credit policy, and procedures to develop adequate testing forthe adherence to major policy and regulatory requirements. Additionally,this position will also be responsible for building a new qualitycontrol team to support Consumer Lending goals and continue itscontinuous improvement trajectory. REQUIREMENTS 1. High school diplomaor equivalent and minimum three years of progressive Consumer lendingexperience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will beconsidered. 2. Strong understanding of Consumer Lending including creditattributes, underwriting, loan processing, disclosures, documents, andpost-closing activities. 3. Ability to translate and summarize complexassessments and data into understandable/actionable information andrecommendations. 4. Experience interpreting and applying federal andstate regulatory compliance requirements. 5. Proven success in coachingand motivating a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Power BI. 7. Excellent oral and written communicationskills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, attention todetail, and the ability to work independently. 8. Ability to useindependent judgment and discretion in various situations whilemaintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 9. Must develop a thoroughunderstanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to thisposition. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
