We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a 'Manager, Consulting Services' primarily in the German-speaking region.
As a Manager Consulting Services you will be accountable for the delivery of the project implementation whilst maintaining external client relationships. Your role will require directing a team responsible for delivering value to our clients whilst supporting the execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This will enable the implementation of client and methodology vision, objectives and strategy driven by executive leadership.
In this role, you will lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results for the team and department. Provide understanding and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team. You will participate in resource management and network within an organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment.
Your role will deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities. You will also provide primary input and recommendations on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Several years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:Experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experienceSeveral years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationKnowledge about people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experienceBusiness fluent in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:Certified qualification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
Expectations:The positions will be filled at one of our offices in Germany (Berlin), Austria (Vienna) or virtuallyWilling to travel up to 50% as neededWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulation
