The Manager, Communications Strategy and Execution for Corporative Initiatives will be responsible for leading, managing and executing communications strategy and planning for key corporate initiatives that'll raise brand awareness, inform, educate and influence internal and external audiences. The person in this role needs to be able to respond to needs in a fast-paced environment while also proactively planning to develop and manage ambitious and growing corporate initiatives that are evolving as rapidly as we are.
This includes partnering to develop and implement communication strategies as well as crafting high-quality content and building out sales enablement tools and training materials. The individual will foster an environment of collaboration and work closely with company executives, subject matter experts and other stakeholder to understand needs. They will then strategically build out well-designed measurable campaigns with clear and effective content and materials that align with larger operational strategies and simplify complex content so that key messages clearly resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
