The Manager Commercial Policy Implementation and Reporting - Commercial Strategy is responsible for leading global, regional, and functional commercial policy implementation and reporting projects, while ensuring a common approach to commercial, packaging and pricing standards across the enterprise. With a focus on consistency and process simplification, this role will execute the implementation and communication of our approved commercial policies, maintain the global centralized commercial policy repository, and build out robust reporting and governance of the enterprise commercial policy framework to drive optimized commercial performance. The successful candidate will establish guidelines, policies, and reporting aligned with TR's system infrastructure to enable strategic packaging and pricing revenue growth pathways for the business while improving customer experience and ease of doing business.
This role requires close collaboration with corporate compliance, data engineering, product, segment partners, product marketing, customer to cash, sales, marketing, technology, finance, and tax areas. The successful candidate is required to react with speed and agility in our ever-evolving world and manage changing timelines, priorities, deliverables, and uncertainty. Strong commercial thought leadership, business partnership skills, and the capability to influence and build effective relationships across geographically disbursed teams are critical. This position resides in the Commercial Excellence organization and reports to the Director Transformation and Commercial Policy Implementation.

Define and execute commercial implementation, packaging, and pricing models and strategies for the enterprise, supporting strategic imperatives and alignment with global design framework, ensuring simplification and standardization mindsetDevelop new operating and reporting mechanisms to holistically implement commercial policy requirements, communication, reporting, and compliance globally across the organizationLeverage best practices to determine optimal reporting processes and data sources, while building out commercial policy reporting, tracking and governance infrastructureBuild report and/or audit criteria & metrics and determine key data sourcesCreate and publish monthly commercial policy reporting and governance metrics, partnering with corporate compliance and segments on optimization and improvement of commercial performanceIdentify, assess, manage, and communicate risks while laying out mitigation plan and course corrections where appropriateOwner of commercial policy atrium sites and controls including centralized commercial policy data repository, streamlined reporting infrastructure, and governance dashboardsPartner with data engineering, technology, and customer to cash teams to ensure operational and system implications for commercial policy implementation and reporting are fully understood and communicatedIndependently manage across all levels of leadership, holding project team accountable to deliverables and timelines, while influencing and increasing alignment with the business
About You

BA/BS degree required; advanced degree highly desirable5-8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role focused on process and technology/reporting implementationStrong knowledge of commercial constructs, pricing methodologies, and packaging best practicesEffective project management skills related to planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from the initial ideation through to completion, adhering to specified timelines and budgetAbility to lead and participate on results-oriented virtual teams - requiring strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset, partnering with others to develop solutionsAbility to deploy influencing techniques to drive cross-functional alignment and manage change across broad audienceStrong communication and exceptional stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to work independently in an environment of change, with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Power Apps (i.e. PowerBI, Workflow), Alteryx, Tableau, SAP, MS Office Suite and Business Objects beneficialFamiliarity with data warehousing solutions (i.e. Snowflake, Redshift)Understanding of database systems, data modeling, and ETL processesKnowledge of the TR products and customer landscape a plus
