How you will make an impact:
Create and successfully lead the implementation of customized clinical processes and systems with assigned hospitals and hospital systems (e.g., IDN) in partnership with multiple and matrixed staff members
Develop focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of process and products to demonstrate improved patient outcomes
Serve as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Field Specialists, physicians) while leveraging knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships, to provide relevant input to critical conversations
Partner with leadership to develop design strategies and drive utilization of multiple program initiations and development in large hospital systems
Research data, partner with data experts, set strategy for key metrics, and present base line and outcome findings to key stakeholders
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 8 years previous experience with direct healthcare management experience from large clinical organizations
Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or sophisticated clinical pathways
Previous clinical experience in critical care/ICU
Experience with advanced hemodynamic monitoring
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Must reside near a major airport and the ability for 80% travel

Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience with direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations
Acute pediatric/PICU experience
Operating Room experience
Leadership experience managing a large clinical staff
Confidence and comfort when engaging with C-suite administrators, service line leaders and physicians
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, Colorado and Washington, the base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
