iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Manager, Clinical Operations in our Manila, Philippines office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Include:
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day staff management and activities to deliver clinical services in accordance with established policies. The manager will oversee and guide a team of cardiac technicians, partner with clinical service leaders, and coordinate cross-functionally to provide high quality monitoring services to our customers.
Direct and administer day-to-day activities of the Clinical Service in accordance with established policies to provide high quality monitoring services Contribute to the strategic management, planning, and leadership of the company Recruit, hire, evaluate, and schedule employees Lead and manage team to provide high-quality monitoring service to our customers Ensure compliance established policies and iRhythm’s strict clinical protocols Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the quality management and quality improvement programs for Clinical Services Ensure economical and efficient performance under guidance of the company's goals, objectives and clinical operating budget Develop and track performance metrics and process improvements Assist in the development and maintenance of the Standard Operations Policy and Procedure Manual Partner with the Clinical Operations Director to develop and implement a Clinical Operations Talent Management program Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented such that patients receive the highest level of care Collaborate with system development group on enhancement to operating systems for Clinical Services Function as a liaison between sales & the physician practice Review and make recommendations for improvement of current services and development of new services Coordinate with the Clinical Training Manager on continuing education for existing staff and new hires Engage and communicate with assigned Clinical Operations Coach (U.S.-based Clinical Operations Manager) Ensure the delivery of safe, effective and timely care at all times Adhere to HIPAA Guidelines and good clinical practices Assist in the scanning of Patch records as needed About you:
Minimum Requirements:
Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT)or ability to be certified within 90 days of hire 2-4 years experience as a supervisor or manager Ability to assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives and implement solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to motivate team members to provide world-class patient experience Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Ability to maintain strict adherence to iRhythm’s clinical protocols Must possess excellent customer relations and phone skills Must possess excellent organizational abilities and be oriented towards detailed work and documentation Demonstrated computer agility - must be willing and able to work with computers including the following applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients Preferred Qualifications:
BSN or BS in a related field or discipline Familiarity with Holter scanning software and equipment Knowledge and recognition of EKG rhythms, arrhythmias, and rhythm disturbances
