  Position Overview

  As Manager Channel Sales you lead a team of experienced Partner Managers and Partner Business Consultants who work with our Platinum partners across EMEA/M to help building their organization and operational scale to grow their Autodesk license and service business.

  This crucial role you drive Autodesk solutions through channel partners and has profound understanding of partner business, industry knowledge, market opportunities, partner value propositions and will work together with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Sales, Channel Enablement, Marketing, and other teams across Autodesk.

  The manager Channel Sales reports to the Director Channel Sales Central & North Europe. You will support leadership in business strategies and help plan and accomplish important initiatives from development to successful implementation.

  Responsibilities

  Achieve and exceed assigned financial targets by guiding the team to expand and develop the business of assigned partners.Grow the business through our channel partners by appropriate partner account planning and sales activities, supporting our industry strategic realization plans and achieve revenue targets.Manage, motivate and coach a team of Partner Managers and Partner Business Consultants to enhance their skills and opportunities. Ensure our culture values are embedded in everything we do, leading by example.Provide guidance to your channel sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the team is aligned with our goals.Develop trusted relationships in largest partners to influence their strategic direction and other matters of significance to their organizations.Establish relationships with other Autodesk teams, incl. sales, customer success, marketing, and others to align activities with our overall business objectives.Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets through channel partners.Monitor market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and investments.Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance and address any issues and concerns.Communicate Autodesk`s strategy and direction to our partners, agree targets and inspect business plans to achieve shared goals.

  Minimum Qualifications

  5+ years of experience in channel sales and software industryProof of leadership and team management abilitiesUnderstanding of partner business3+ years of experience in manufacturing and architecture marketCommunication and relationship-buildingConflict resolutionContinue learning
