What you'll do...
In this unique role, the Manager, Change Management will be a crucial part of Walmart Merchandising and Merch Operations. The work you do will aid your team in building and deploying launch strategies and materials to support the Merchant Transformation roadmap.
What you'll do...
Build and leverage resources to implement change management strategies for various projects
Create documentation, training materials, and manage logistics for project initiatives across all of Merchandising
Utilize change management methodology to capture and develop best practices for future reference and utilization
Develop strategic communications across the business, consulting with the business to determine appropriate tactics and messaging
Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain project plans for launch strategies
