constantly driving the digitalization efforts in the entire sector. Strong collaboration with development companies and technology leaders, as well as insourcing key skills and roles into the global CC team, are drivers for an agile and timely realization of customer solutions. As Manager of the CC in IT HUB PJ, your main responsibilities are the following:
Lead and further develop the IT Hub of Competence Center (CC) eCommerce, Fleet Solutions and Data Science, optimize the use of resources and thereby ensure competitiveness of the IT Hub
As a strong business partner in APAC collaborate and excel in finding and implementing solutions that create competitive advantages to business and hence leverage the business value of IT
As member of the Global Management Team of the Competence Center eCommerce, Fleet Solutions and Data Science, feed into global strategic IT initiatives and ensure consideration of the IT Hub’s needs
Take ownership in executing strategic IT initiatives in the IT Hub and also globally
Oversee the success of all IT services and projects managed or supported by the IT Hub, connect the right experts from business and IT and give direction related to the scheduling, assignment and review of project work
Define and execute the CC IT portfolio process in alignment with business stakeholders, central key users and Global IT teams of the competence center
Support Head of IT HUB PJ and the CC Head with the preparation and follow-up of annual financial budget and monthly forecasts for the IT HUB and the CC overall
Academic degree in technical or any relevant fields.
Experience in leading teams.
Broad experience in various IT related functions and/or Industry
Experience, ideally as consultant, project manager and line manager
Project management skills and comprehensive experiences in leading projects
A passion for the overall picture, digitalization and value generation
Strong business orientation, communication and change management skills
Strategic thinking skills as well as ability to drive execution
Customer-orientation and intercultural sensitivity.
