Position Summary
The Manager/Business Consultant supports the development and execution of strategies and distribution plan with brokers and marketing firms in the individual market segment. A key focus of the role is to work closely with other areas of Aetna to create positioning that supports the D&V Individual strategic business initiatives. In this role, you are expected to ensure that brokers fully understand the differentiated nature of Aetna's Dental & Vision Individual products.
Responsibilities:Researches and explores potential avenues and creates new opportunities to sell individual policies in the Dental & Vision Individual market space.Develops and maintains relationships with general agents, brokers and other entities to leverage Aetna's impact on the D&V Individual market.Calls on General Agents and Brokers to determine Individual sales and marketing opportunities

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of Sales, Account Management and/or benefits consultant experience with a health plan and/or benefits consulting firm.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong business acumen, exemplary listening and questioning skills, ability to work independently and within a team, effective planning and organizational skills, ability to effectively resolve conflict, excellent follow-up and persuasion skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding and success working with National benefit firms, as well as the ability to foster and grow strong business relationships.
Experience with insurance brokers or as an insurance broker preferred.
Experience with individual heal insurance.
Ability to navigate a large organization
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
