We are looking for an outstanding networking engineering manager engineer for systems software architecture, deployment and performance optimization of large datacenter cluster systems and applications.

  Be a key player to the most exciting computing hardware and software to driving the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and GPU computing. Provide insights on at-scale system design for collecting, visualizing, and acting on a wide variety of data. You will work with the latest Accelerated computing and Deep Learning software and hardware platforms, and with many scientific researchers, developers, and customers to craft state of the art software strategies which enable new systems and interconnects. You will interact with OS, GPU compute, and networking specialists to envision, develop and bring up large scale systems.

  What you’ll be doing:

  Lead, manage, and hire a team of extraordinary networking and at scale deployment engineers to work on at scale systems software and other tools.

  Gather design requirements and assist or drive software architecture design to meet those.

  Articulate, align and integrate architecture and roadmaps.

  Communicate technical milestones and status to the cross-functional teams, management, and customers.

  Clearly communicate roles, expectations, work direction to all team members on a regular basis.

  Provide engineering solutions and prototypes for next generation clusters building creative solutions based on NVIDIA technology.

  What we need to see:

  BS, MS, or higher degree, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  5+ overall years of networking and infrastructure engineering working with performance platform, preferably at larger scale.

  2+ years managing a team.

  Prior experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment, delivering complex software products.

  Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus and alignment across large organizations.

  Demonstrated ability to perform in limited development time.

  Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  Experience with HPC/DL clusters for AI.

  Experience leading teams deploying automated systems.

  Demonstrated work with Open-Source software in teams building, debugging, patching and contributing code.

  Experience tuning memory, storage, and networking settings for performance on Linux systems.

  Exposure to monitoring and telemetry systems.

  The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
