  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Application Support to join our Audit Technology organization.

  Responsibilities:Take part in multiple projects, working closely with IT and business management to support mission critical audit applicationsWork independently with appropriate oversight to coordinate and perform infrastructure buildout, application deployments, support, troubleshooting and documentationParticipate in patching compliance, system and performance monitoring, tool management, and automation of systemsManage relationship with clients, ensuring high standards and quality of technical solutions, and keeping abreast of latest technology developmentsInteract in a professional and courteous manner as a team player with all levels within the organization while sharing knowledge with othersQualifications:Minimum five years of recent professional experience working on supporting large enterprise applications in a support environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityExperience working with clients/customers to develop documentation around standards, process, and proceduresExperience in Request, Incident and Change management using tools like ServiceNowStrong knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures; ability to read and write .Net code to support hotfixes (200TEC)Familiarity with deployments via DevOps pipelines and experience with full SDLC including planning and executing application implementation and the creation of support procedures
