What you will do:
Position Summary
This role has end-to-end responsibility to drive the integrated business planning performance across the APAC region for assigned Franchises, including demand planning, net requirement plan, intra company order assessment, inventory management and end customer BOs. This role will serve as a primary contact for markets Operations teams, APAC marketing and GQ&O functions eg., global IBP team etc. and play a key role in demand consolidation, supply allocation, participation of EDR and IBPR meetings.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in market Operations teams and APAC Marketing team and division IBP teamsDevelop in-depth business understanding of major products by region and drive the alignment of APAC demand plan with business strategy, product life cycle management etc.Oversee the IBP process incl. demand planning, NRP and drive the process improvement and improve the data quality and KPIs like demand accuracy, NRP accuracy etc.Establish proper communication flow between APAC markets and divisionsParticipate market EDR meetings and drive the process standardization and maturity in collaboration with central statistical teamProvide monthly analysis and reports for APAC demand and NRP consolidation with focus on major product line, supply constraint, growth rate in alignment with sales and financial projection and capex/instrument kit planning/executionIdentify business risks and ensure the communication to the key stakeholders and escalate as needed to managementParticipate IBP meetings held by divisions like RRM, DSE, IBPR etc. and present APAC business needs and drive global allocation decisionDevelops APAC allocation plans for global supply constrained products and improve the visibility of supply outlookCoordinate all BB / LTB / New product launch and ensures supply reliability / continuity by working with divisions and APAC marketsSupport inventory related discussions and supply health improvementWorks with program manager to support APAC or global programs/initiatives and regional/Franchise level process standardization and optimization

Professional Requirements Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management is required. An MBA or a Master's in Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.Must have knowledge of demand management/sales forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.Expert Knowledge with Excel/Power BI to analyze large amounts of data and prior experience with demand and supply planning tools like Oracle Demantra / SAP APO or JDE/Oracle ERP systemAPICS certification is preferred. Must understand end to end supply chain interactions and interdependencies.Fluency in English.

Background Experience Required:
10+ years of business experience in Supply Chain or Planning Management. Experience in the medical industry is preferred.Experience in two or more of the following disciplines: Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, IBP, Order Management, Inventory Management and/or Contract Manufacturing, Sales Forecasting & Operations, Market AnalystAt least 4 years of Sales and Operations Planning or IBP experience.Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization is required.International experience or experience working with plants/suppliers and/or sales divisions located globally is required.Strong negotiation & management by influence skills with the ability to drive results through a global matrix structure is required.
