Manager, Advanced Advertising - Political Ad- Sales
The Manager, Advanced Advertising, Political Sales is responsible for managing existing and generating new multi-screen (streaming and digital media) political revenue across the entire Spectrum Reach footprint. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Political Strategy & Sales and will work closely with the Advanced Advertising, National Multi-Market Sales, Operations, Programmatic, Revenue Support and Yield teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build relationships with our key Political media firms and advertising agencies. Expand our relationships with key CTV/Digital media companies.Collaborate with Ampersand, our national sales partner, and lead their sales teams to promote our Advanced Advertising portfolio and drive revenue with national clients and advertising agencies.Develop and manage a go-to-market plan to drive sales and educate the political marketplace on Spectrum Reach's Advanced Advertising capabilities. On-going revenue generating responsibilities to include: sales presentations, client prospecting and support of National & Local sales teams. Serve as an industry expert on Spectrum Reach's Advanced Advertising portfolio, the addressable and advanced TV marketplace, category trends, emerging technology, and media platforms including, but not limited to television, streaming, and broadband.Serve as lead on Political Programmatic opportunities with digital marketing and software companies like The Trade Desk, Roku, Basis, StackAdapt, Zeta Global, etc.Become a subject matter expert on political data and voter files to include Spectrum Reach's subscription to L2 as well as other key industry providers (i.e., Blockgraph, Data Trust, LiveRamp, Target Smart).

Required Qualifications
Experience: Leadership 2-3 years, Sales Experience 3-5Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Technical Skills: Data/analytics, addressable/ digital ad technology, understanding of third-party ad servers, tags, and video ad serving conceptsSkills: Effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strong organizational skills Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses Travel Abilities: Travel as requested. Must have a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within company required standards, and auto insurance
