For our Programming & Acquisitions team in Amsterdam, we are currently recruiting a:
Manager/ Coordinator Acquisition & Programming Ops North, Central, Eastern Europe (NCE)

Be an integral part in shaping the future of how our brands develop its content strategy across its platforms in NCE region, executed through: Assisting with content acquisitions for all NCE channels (Comedy Central, Paramount, MTV and Nickelodeon) with main focus on CC & PN consisting of content screening and selection throughout negotiations, financial review, approval process and deal finalizations. Prepare and submit approval forms for upcoming acquisitions and productions. Monitoring and chasing the approval process and documenting everything. Contract management: checking contracts with legal, compliance and administrative handling, supportive tasks to get the contract signed. New vendor set-up or maintenance of licensors if necessary (in SAP, Market or at IMM). Submitting POR for GBS and ICO teams, monitoring and assisting in invoices processing and communications to vendors. Financial files maintenance (Comedy Central, Paramount, MTV, and Nickelodeon) ensuring target budgets are updated with relevant actuals and placeholders (deals and contracts details cost and content: planning placeholders, new deals, amendments, confirmed/cancelled Life of Series, write-offs, runs, ep count etc). Materials inventory and coordination with IMM (CR registry of new content, ACF request for WON to create GEGs numbers). Oversee material delivery requirements and payments. Versioning - instructing and supporting GLO for Benelux subtitling needs and priorities and keeping track of content delivery making sure all content can TX in time. Assist or lead technical meetings for local productions (Eg Ex on the Beach Double Dutch for MTV or other local shows). Main LOB's of contact; GCO, GLO, Programming, Programming Finance That's why we want you: Bachelor's degree in media, planning, economics, business or public administration, or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience required. At least 3-5 years previous content / media / finance experience. Understanding of new television and content landscape. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organization and project managing skills Ability to work under pressure with continuous ability to reprioritize, applying media thinking and "best practice" knowledge to all areas of program planning with minimal guidance. Strong detail and deadline orientation combined with great time management skills. Written and spoken fluency in English and a second language is preferred. Does this sound like you?
