Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious team Manager to join its China team based in Shenzhen, managing team of Seller Consultants to support CN Sellers growth and success on Amazon’s global Marketplace.
The objective of the Seller Consultant team is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to Sellers including launching Sellers and driving features that help Sellers be successful on Amazon's global third-party marketplace. You will analyze data including but not limited to Seller performance, anecdotes to identify opportunities to help Seller’s success. You also work closely with internal teams (marketing, PMO, global product teams, multiple marketplace stakeholders) to remove Seller friction and achieve growth opportunities.
Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides many opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
Key job responsibilities
leading a team of Seller Consultants to help Chinese Seller be successful in Amazon's Marketplaces
Identify strategies and tactics to attract as well as Support Sellers to be successful on Amazon’s marketplaces
Responsible for regular business reviews as well as key planning milestones of those marketplaces
Review and monitor Seller performance, provide consulting for Seller to grow their business
Engage with both China and international stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders on regular bases
Work with product and program team to drive marketplace feature growth through providing Seller voices and insight through daily consultant’s work

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree
10+ years’ relevant experience in retail or account management, with a proven track record of managing high performing teams and projects.
3+ years People management experience
Experience in working in international environment
Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels
Proven ability to deal with ambiguities and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations
Relentlessly high standards and an eagle eye for detail
Fluent inEnglish communication both verbally and in writing
