Position Overview
To grow the Autodesk Construction business by using both direct sales and a channel sales ecosystem including closing deals directly by client engagement. You will use a strategic sales approach to create compelling events through Autodesk's unique value. Work as part of a team to identify and define customer goals, develop solutions proposals, set appropriate expectations, and coordinate hand offs to the implementation teams. Build relationships with strategic Clients by coordinating all available resources to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4-8 individual contributors
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals together with driving strategic plans
Forecast revenues and build a pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Manage the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales process, including pipeline development, management, and forecasting
Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to balance solutions, run rate and services bookings through direct and channel sales management.
Present technical/value propositions
Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiating contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations
Communicate with and coordinate the activities of teams through collaboration
Understand and keep current on competitive and business environment in the construction market
Screen potential solution sales by technical requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options
You will update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations
Travel to meet goals
Minimum Qualifications
You will report to Senior Sales Director and have experience managing a sales territory through both direct and indirect sales across ASEAN region
You will have at least 10 years' experience prospecting and establishing relationships with AEC customers
5+ years previous Team Management experience
You are an expert in the domains or architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) software industry
Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge,, energy level, meeting sales goals, professionals
Experience with solutions selling and team selling
Minimum 5 years SaaS management experience in a growth business
You will work in Hybrid work environment
