This role is HYBRID with expectations to be on the Woodland Hills, CA or Plano, TX Campus 3 times a week. Operating in a dynamic environment and using extensive research, analysis and customer empathy, the Risk operations team identifies and protects Intuit and our small business customers from financial losses resulting from fraud or credit risk.
We're seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence leader to join our amazing team as a Senior Manager. In this role you will work cross functionally to manage a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives for the Risk Operations organization. You will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies and your expertise to drive process improvements and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also serve as a catalyst for the adoption and implementation of both validated and emerging strategies that drive speed, quality, and reliability in processes. You will play a crucial role in inspiring change within the organization and helping us achieve our vision. Through your leadership and guidance, you will help the organization foster a culture of continuous improvement. To achieve this you will need to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with personnel at all levels across many departments. Your effective communication skills and your passion for building strong stakeholder relationships will be essential in driving positive change.

What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in, Business or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement or Operations teams in a large Fintech or banking organizationCustomer obsessed with a proven track record of designing and delivering radical transformation of operations processesKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and toolsCertified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltDemonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levelsExperience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams and driving change within an organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and problem-solving processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organizationProven program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCustomer obsessed with a track record of designing and delivering radical transformation in operational processesKnowledge and understanding of fraud and operational risk management practices
How you will lead
Lead a team of Senior Managers and Business Analysts to identify, design, and deliver supporting tools, and process improvement to enable our risk operations organization to scaleYour team serves as the primary liaison for risk operations with cross functional product management and engineering teamsDevelop high performing teams driving a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement, and developing great talentApply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve business operational processesApply expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and complex problems and to identify solutionsDefines business requirements for product teamsConduct process assessments and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvementDefine the future state vision for the operational teams, and drive transformational improvement to better support our customersDevelop and maintain metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiativesLead change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiativesRecommend business priorities, using ROI assessment and develop a roadmap for execution.Stay abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learningThis role will require periodic travel (10%)
