Summary About the Position: Performs duties in support of Programs and Project Management, primarily concerned with the coordination of data that is essential to the successful tracking and execution of assigned projects. Responsibilities Collect project execution data from Project Delivery Team (PDT) members. Develop and maintain electronic databases and input to existing databases with an emphasis to maximize use of enterprise Automated Information Systems (AIS). Provide input to Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS), extract reports, and manage accuracy of project funding issues through the use of CEFMS. Prepare reports using a variety of standard query languages depicting scheduled and actual obligations and expenditures and overall status of project for review. Ensure data integrity and identify any trends or indicators that could affect project performance. Gather and coordinate project data and cost/schedule information to assist in the preparation, submission, efficient maintenance, and execution of project management plans and project funding allocations. Coordinate with all District elements involved with work under assigned projects for the maintenance and timely submission of accurate data. Maintain records and monitor the progress of the planning, engineering, and construction effort for assigned project work and prepare reports reflecting monthly project status. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (minimum 36 semester hours) leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Management Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Library Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
