JD Edwards certifications (CNC, Development, Distribution, Finance, etc.).
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Work with end users to assist in issues that may arise in using the application such as configuring the JDE applications, the creation of users, fixing JDE batch issues, and other maintenance tasks;
Trouble shoot and resolve Oracle JDE ERP incidents, and manage systems integrations to/from JDE Edwards;
Demonstrate knowledge of JD Edwards integration techniques, data migration, and reporting tools;
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to design proven solutions that optimize business processes using JD Edwards;
Create reports and assist users in transferring data using FTP and data transfer tools;
Perform triaging, resolve tickets, and manage SLAs by implement break-fixes;
Implement permanent solution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incidents;
Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and perform enhancements to systems;
Work in shifts, provide hand-over to global teams, and provide on-call support during off-business hours;
Work in Managed services environment providing application support, with strong knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process including incident, request, and problem management;
Support cross-functional teams;
Utilize Reports Now reporting tool;
Plan and implement seamless integration of JD Edwards with other business systems, ensuring data consistency and a smooth flow of information;
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to design proven solutions that optimize business processes using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne; and,
Oversee the configuration and customization of JD Edwards modules to meet specific business needs.
