An exciting opportunity to join the Boeing Global Services in the Maintenance Training team as a Maintenance Training Instructor in a hybrid role, based at the Boeing Training Solutions Campus in Crawley, UK. This position will require the candidates to teach onsite and attend meetings when required, with remaining activities completed from home. The hours they can work around this are also flexible between 7am-7pm.
Responsibilities:
Independently assembles and conducts complete customer training in broad subject areas using the appropriate medium to satisfy customer training requirements.
Conducts analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience interpreting technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals.
Experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
5+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modification
Capable of traveling 25% of the time
Ideally have 5+ years' experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
We are ideally seeking candidates that have experience maintaining commercial or military aircraft, and have provided instruction on the same.
Preferably be an EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
