This position is a Test Pilot for the MH-6 helicopter. Duties include but not limited to MTF (Maintenance Test Flight), FTF (Functional Test Flight), and MOC (Maintenance Operational Checks) on used MH-6 series aircraft. The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) shall perform testing, including the use of ground an in-flight diagnostic test equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) must be qualified in the: mission, type, design, and specified aircraft (Example: MH-6).
The MTP must have no less than 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-command time.
The Pilot-in-Command time must include a minimum of 500 hours in the specific MDS, in which a minimum of 50 of those hours must be logged as an MTP.
The MTP must be a graduate of the AMOC II course.
Maintenance test pilots must be capable of passing a valid Agency or FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
Maintenance test pilots shall possess an instrument rating on their FAA Commercial Certificates
Must be willing to travel (US travel) in support of aircraft maintenance. Travel could be up to 2 weeks per trip.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret level clearance.
Desired Skills:
MH-6 Maintenance Test Pilot experience.
Active Secret DoD Clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
