Description:
The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the following:
-50/50 mechanical vs electrical
-Will be responsible for hands on maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and electrical systems
-Will be diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
-Breakdowns will come through as work orders on a computer system - they have a CMMS system
-Will be following a PM schedule
-Responsible for monitoring equipment performance
-Will be working with about 10 maintenance techs on shift
-Make sure to keep lines running
-Machines they will be working on is SMP presses
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
-Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
-480voltage
-Blue prints and schematics
NICE TO HAVE:
-PLC troubleshooting
