MAINTENANCE TECH Lead Richmond, IN
Description:
We are fast paced manufacturing facility that is FDA regulated.
Duties:
Set up automation equipment for each mold/automation equipment combination, as required.
Support production floor(s) by answering emergency equipment down requests, including gathering information as needed from equipment operators
Design and manufacture equipment product control devices.
Rebuild equipment prime moving hardware as required.
Preventative maintenance on all automation equipment.
80% of repairs will be mechanical failures on the injection molding lines, conveyor and packaging lines. This includes pneumatics components, checking for air leaks or lack of suction, changing belts, sprockets, gear boxes and motors
Electrical troubleshooting (majority 24 volt DC) electric motors, sensors, switches, servo drives and other components powering the high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Preventative maintenance will be performed on all equipment including the 6-axis robots and robotic packaging machinery.
Technicians will utilize HMI screens to identify problem areas on the line in order to make efficient repairs.

Pay : $32.00 - $35.00
