  Group Summary

  The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

  About the Role

  Performs preventive and general maintenance on plant and production equipment on a routine and emergency basis.

  Your Responsibilities

  Troubleshoot and Repair all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems on machines and auxiliary equipment

  Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

  Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

  Preforms Safety Audits on regular basis.

  Perform LOTO on all equipment.

  Maintains Work Orders and PM records on all equipment as assigned.

  Directs contractors andensures Safety procedures and adhered too.

  Who we are looking for

  Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, update, and work on all equipment in designated area of responsibility.

  Must have current knowledge of electrical codes and electricity and be able to apply it to the job.

  Demonstrated good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to communicate with and work in a team environment.

  Machine rebuilding and mechanical knowledge including electrical required.

  Knowledge of S.C. OSHA standards and various industrial building/construction codes.

  Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLCs and PCs.

  Your preferred qualifications

  Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.

  Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.

  Must maintain proper vision requirements

  Must be able to maintain alertness to their surroundings.

  Must have a current and valid Driver’s License.
