　　THE POSITION

　　Develop and implement facilities maintenance controls, measurement and conservation of the systems. Maintain the facilitiesproperly on efficient conditions. Track and report facilities costs to management.

　　Maintain HVAC system accordingly to manufactures recommendation.Interface with powerhouse Team to ensure proper temperature and pressure of media to supply HVACequipment.Supervise HVAC technicians, maintenance program, maintain job plans and schedules for electrical andmechanical maintenance.Ensure proper building maintenance including roof, floors and asphalt repair, painting services, restrooms,conservation, guard rails and others maintenance related.Supervising fleet maintenance ensuring availability of equipment's to Production and costs control.Track and compile data to support capital project justification for projects.Investigate alternate efficient equipment.Ensure compliance with Continental, Safety, Illinois and government codes and standards.Assist Facility/Utility Manager with maintenance and annual testing.Support Maintenance in troubleshooting, repairing, replacing problem equipment.Perform other duties as directed by the Plant Engineer. 　　Basic Qualifications

　　Associates Degree required in Industrial Maintenance

　　5+ years of Boiler operation/supervision, utilities or related experience

　　Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　5+ years supervisory experience
