The candidate will be responsible to install all types of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and repair and modify equipment. The willingness and ability to work 2nd shift 3 pm - 11 pm or 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am is required for this role.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair all processing and packaging equipment.Troubleshoot and repair PLCs. - Not required but preferred.Use sound judgment to diagnose trouble, determine necessary repairs, tear down and rebuild equipment.Perform modifications and new designs with use of blueprints, electrical, electronics, welding, torch, lathe work, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipe fittings.Modify, repair and install equipment as required.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures, such as GMP, HACCP, and work and safety rules.
Perform other duties as required.
