Ensure program management and execution of the PDM program through vibration routines, thermography, electrical isolation, liquid penetrant testing, etc.
Ensure the execution and management of the lubrication program through routines for preventive areas and equipment.
Establish objectives and goals, as well as their corresponding improvement programs, with special attention to problem analysis, problem solving and identification of root cause.
Support and prioritize activities based on MPD results.
Control and monitoring of the spare parts inventory supply system.
Control and manage the Oracle (CMMS) program, providing and scheduling the weekly and annual program.
Review delay analysis and the corresponding action plan through the EWO format in conjunction with the Reliability, Maintenance and Technicians of the area.
Evaluate the current Oracle information structure and make improvements according to the needs and/or conditions of the equipment.
Update the list of spare parts in the warehouse inventories according to the needs of the equipment.
Control and Management of external support resources for equipment overhauling work.
Compliance with Roles and Responsibilities due to changes in ISO 14 and IATF.
