In this role, you will be a hands-on Technician in the Maintenance Engineering Department in Lodi, Ca. and will be the primary support to production in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime to ensure maximum output. This role will be supporting the Night Shift.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Proactively address problems using the appropriate troubleshooting and repair techniques
Carefully document all repairs and the appropriate adjustments made
Assess the equipment’s performance and repair history and work with engineers to plan a preventative maintenance schedule as well as work on equipment upgrades as appropriate.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School degree with 2-4 years of related work experience or AA with 1-2 years of related work experience
Solid understanding of interpreting manuals and schematics and have strong knowledge in mechanical alignment and the troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment as well as experience working with pneumatics actuators and cylinders and familiarity with electrical/electronic components, Automation, Robotics, Sensors, Fiber Optics and motors
Work schedule: 9pm - 5:30 am with weekends
It would be a plus if you also possess:
GMP experience
Understanding of Electrical and Electronic components

The hourly range for this role is $28 - $33. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
