We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and help us keep our facilities in top condition. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the work of the maintenance staff, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, and that all facilities are clean and safe. Maintenance Coordinator Duties:
Manage and maintain all assets and systems into the facilityMaintain a database of equipment, supplies, and inventoryUphold company standards by attending to repairs, remodeling, and preventive maintenanceProactively seek out opportunities for improvementKeep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance actionsMaintain effective working relationships with vendors, contractors, and staffEnsure that the workforce is comfortableResearch new tools and equipment to ensure the company is using the best equipment possible for quality and safetyCreate and oversee project plans for work sites, coordinating with project managers and engineersMeet with clients and vendors on scheduled basisMeet with department supervisors monthly to discuss problems, create solutions, and share success storiesAttend and participate in workshops and seminars, enhancing and sustaining the company's knowledge baseProactively seek new opportunities and directions for improvement
Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, helps with emergency maintenance, meets maintenance goals, and schedules preventative maintenance.Create RFQ's plant servicesSuppliers dealing and negotiations.Carry out safety evaluations and root cause analysesPerform work orders, perform scheduled maintenance, conduct tests, and oversee repair of equipmentResearch and report serious problems to upper managementInformación adicional
