Expected salary range of $91,800 to $102,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr Maintenance Component Specialist is responsible for data acquisition and evaluation of Predictive/Preventative/Proactive Maintenance using oil sampling, thermography and vibration monitoring and including entry into eHealth. Responsibilities also include supporting maintenance activities for post maintenance testing, inspections, and troubleshooting. The Sr Maintenance Component Specialist responsibilities include leading teams for maintenance improvement initiatives, investigations, and special projects. Additional responsibilities include implementation and management of various maintenance programs that support the Maintenance Department. This includes, but is not limited to self-assessments, performance trending and indicators including budget, training coordination, weld program, procedures and policies, web site and software, M&TE, instrument calibration database, lifting and rigging, contract administration, and special assignments and/or special projects. Responsible for implementation and execution of the Maintenance Department's Corrective Action Program (CAP). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing Condition Reports (CR) investigations, CR quality reviews, application of trend codes, trending program results, analysis of CR data, development of reports to Maintenance Management team and Overview PORC, and participating in station CAPCO and Management Review Committee meetings.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data acquisition and evaluation of Predictive/Preventative/Proactive Maintenance using oil sampling, thermography and vibration monitoring and including entry into eHealth.
Support Maintenance activities including post maintenance testing and inspections
Implementation and management of Maintenance Programs, Projects and/or assignments such as, rework, M&TE, FME, weld program, lifting and rigging, corporate initiatives, INPO readiness, benchmarking, etc.
Lead improvement initiatives, investigations and special projects
Implement learning program activities including self-assessments, benchmarking, MRC, trending, and causal evaluations.

4-year technical degree and a minimum of 5 years of utility or related industry experience OR
2-year technical degree with a minimum of 7 years utility or related industry experience
3 years of equipment maintenance experience
Must have good interdepartmental communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong personal computer (PC) knowledge
