As CMMS SME in Microsoft Data Center you will be responsible for the scheduling and management of PM, BF, MM, and incident work orders in the CMMS system. Working collectively with various stakeholders to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. You will develop processes and training programs to help colleagues understand and effectively use the CMMS system. You will analyse data and reports to identify trends and recommend improvements safeguarding compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across campus.
Serve as the primary contact for all CMMS-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with the Global CMMS Support team for necessary escalations.
Gather feedback from field operations to continuously enhance the CMMS tools.
Manage the scheduling of both in-house and vendor works through CMMS and making any necessary adjustments identified by local team.
Responsible for CMMS Purchase Order creation, link work orders, oversee receipt and closure, and review quotes while creating change orders if needed.
Conduct audits of maintenance, corrective, and incident work order records, ensuring compliance with CMMS Standards and procedures. Escalate necessary updates or changes to the Engineering team for resolution.
Assist in daily tasks to resolve open remediation work items, oversee control activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders and audit personnel for audit readiness.
Generate regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, or as requested.
Develop, maintain, and monitor team/site dashboards to track work order progress and compliance.
Provide basic report creation upon request.
Support the CE Team to maintain the list of site assets and locations within a DC and coordinate with CE team to ensure that they are auditing these records as per the CMMS Standards.
Deliver basic CMMS training to onsite staff, including new hires and ongoing training for all personnel.
Manage the upkeep of CMMS user records at individual sites, ensuring prompt addition of new users and timely deactivation of accounts for exiting staff.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Compliance Management, or equivalent work experience.
Solid experience in Critical Environment (Data Center, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical Factories, etc) in a business operations

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with maintenance management/scheduling.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suiteandcomputerised maintenance management systems and platforms (e.g., WebTMA, SAP).
Experience working withorganisational change management and continuous process improvements.
Experience working on data analysis and reporting.
