Job requirements: Setup, run, and troubleshoot our sawsand welders and tools in shop to impact desired finish and dimension toparts and details. Select and install proper tooling followingset-up/Production Routing guidelines. Produce according to productionrouting instructions. Perform inspections according to Quality Plans.Keep records of daily production. Be able to recognize worn, chipped, ordull blades and change out and make proper adjustments during operationsto achieve estimated rates. pull, put away and load customer product.Perform non-saw tasks when necessary: non-saw equipment operation,hand-work operations, inspections, grind operations, etc. Maintains safeoperations and clean work environment. Maintains continuity among workshifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, andcontinuing needs. Skills and Experience: 1+ years\' experience inmanufacturing/production environment. Ideal candidate would beproficient in running of various saws. Knowledge of safety proceduresregarding saw operations. Weld experience a plus. Ability to read andunderstand blueprints and technical documents commensurate with machineoperation. Mechanically inclined - Interest and aptitude working withand troubleshooting engines or machines and understanding how theyoperate. Ability to learn new techniques and be cross trained in otherroles. Utilize computer software to understand and follow through withsales work orders.
