　　The Lead Ads team empowers TikTok's global monetization (billion-dollar business) via efficiently delivering lead ads on TikTok. TikTok lead ads allow marketers advertising on TikTok to have seamless and frictionless interaction with their potential customers directly on the TikTok platform. 　　Online Assessment

　　Candidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Work on the development of a large-scale online ads delivery system and improve delivery efficiency for lead ads.

　　- Explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, develop feature engineering. Especially facing sparse conversion data to optimize conversions for SMB clients.

　　- Participate in the innovations of machine learning models, AIGC usage scenarios, etc.

　　- Partner with product managers, data scientists and product strategy & operation team to launch new Lead Ads products and features.

　　- Targeting ultimate offline conversion, optimizing deep conversion events and helping clients to optimize full funnel ROI.

　　Qualifications

　　- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

　　- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

　　- Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++

　　- Have a clear understanding of Machine Learning

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　- Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications

　　- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112065 - $172800 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
