As one of our dynamic Counter Managers, you will be responsible for continually exceeding all client expectations and achieving sales targets through careful business planning and driving initiatives that attract new customers and build loyalty. Our Counter Managers are key to the success of our Brand - they are inspirational leaders who drive a high-touch experience to our customers every time. As a brand we pride ourselves on excellence, which is renowned throughout the beauty industry.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
Skincare, beauty therapy or makeup artistry experience would be highly advantageous, but not essential. We believe with the right fundamental skills, confidence and commitment to learn, our internal training and development offerings can enhance your existing skills to our desired level.
Previous counter management experience or experience working in a retail or customer service environment at a supervisory level - preferably in beauty or fashionBusiness planning experience including developing plans to drive business, setting sales and/or customer service targets and sales analysis.Experience in creating and executing in-store eventsConfidence in makeup and skincare applicationUsing social media such as Instagram and WeChat to drive business would be advantageousYou will need to be available to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
