Accountabilities :
Top 10% TLA On-Trade and Special trade in Influential Power City
1. Endorsing DIAGEO's luxury culture among top TLA & Gold accounts
2. Accelerating regional NSV growth through luxury execution
• Personification of the Luxury Portfolio.
• Top customer relationship management and annual joint planning
• New account development in each channel
• Delivers performance against set of KPI's (inlc availability, MPA, Brilliant Execution) working alongside marketing teams to drive right content in the most influential accounts (trend leader accounts)
• Delivers performance againt set of KPI's (inlc availability, MPA, Brilliant Execution)
• Conduct trainings/tastings across the Luxury Portfolio with focus on Don Julio, JW Blue, Singleton 12/18 and Tanqueray 10Identifies emerging trends and communicates that knowledge to key contacts within the Luxury team
• Develops profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the top 10% TLAs (potentialy specialty stores in top 10%)
• Maintain outlet level data.
• Develops brand building, fame a talkability for our brands partnering with our customers in the top 10%TLAs
• Uses customer insights while implementing activation plans.
Functional Capabilities & Skills :
• Has the ability to build great relations with key influencers in the industry and knows the right places to make the difference
• Collaborates closely with Luxury team incl Culture and Brand Managers/Activators and Brand Ambassadors
• Understands consumer types, attitudes and trends
• Customer focused and insists on high standards of delivering the plans
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong drive to make an impact and build experiences with the top TLA accounts in the Trendleading hotspot cities
