Department OverviewEnvysion, a Motorola Solutions company, is a leading provider of enterprise video security and business analytics solutions for the quick-service restaurant and retail industries. Envysion's cloud-based solution integrates video systems with sales data to proactively identify potentially fraudulent transactions and optimize operations without the need to monitor hours of video footage. The Loss Prevention Audits department is responsible for identifying and reporting theft, loss and egregious operational incidents to clients that are affecting their bottomline.Job Description We are seeking a Loss Prevention Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data and video utilizing Envysion software to identify and document theft, loss, and egregious operational issues. as well as assisting with the day to day, behind the scenes work that is critical to the success of the department. This is a fully remote opportunity and candidates across the United States are encouraged to apply. Day to Day Responsibilities: Review of customer data and video utilizing Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and egregious operational issues. Document findings in an unbiased, factual manner that is clear and concise to be presented to the customer. Collaborate with other specialists to create client-specific reporting used to identify theft and loss. Be an inspiration to auditors. Validation of incidents/cases submitted for accuracy and factuality. Assist with the behind the scenes day to day work critical to the success of the department. Be able to speak to industry standards in Loss Prevention and QSR/Fast Casual realm. Preferred Competencies and Skills: Curiosity and drive for the job/professional field. Deep knowledge of the brands/customers audited by the department. Ability to prioritize tasks based on needs of the customer/department. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Sound judgment and ability to use intuition to analyze situations and transactions. Effective writing and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new web applications quickly. Preferred Experience in one or more of the following: Loss Prevention in the restaurant/retail setting.
