Position Summary:
The Logistics Warehouse Coordinator/Operations Assistant performs general administrative tasks in support of a department such as manufacturing, transportation, warehouse department, operations, etc.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving and delivery documents, service performance tracking, etc.General clerical duties as assignedCollect and prepare information for various operational reportsProvide confidential administrative support to leadership and others as requestedInteract with internal and external customersCollaborate with multiple teamsOther projects or duties as assignedUtilize RF gun/scannerData entryInventory management Required Skills and Experience:
HS Diploma/GED and 1 to 2 plus years of relative experience working with internal and external customers or other related experienceStrong problem solving skillsDetail-orientedTeam oriented mindsetStrong organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.This position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
